Using industry approved, non-hazardous cleaning chemicals, we remove the cover and clean the heating and cooling coils. We also clean the outdoor casing with an industrial detergent and apply a self-rinsing coil cleaner to the outer coils. Finally we clean the outdoor condenser casing with an industrial detergent and apply a self-rinsing coil cleaner to the outer coils.
